Tuba Bach's first goal has always been to make exceptional music available to all with no barriers, which is why there is never an admission charge for any concert during the Tuba Bach Chamber Music Concert Festival. However, we all know that these concerts are not truly free. It costs money to put on these shows... more than you might expect. Featuring performances by acclaimed Missouri flautist Jill Heyboer, marimba virtuoso Gifford Howarth of Pennsylvania, and pianist Anthony Patterson.


The final concert of the series recognizes Bach's ability to see and influence the future of music, with avant garde compositions from Elliott Carter, Samuel Adler, Charles Ruggiero, Dinos Constantinides and the world premiere performance of 'Lake Michigan Suite' by Big Rapids composer Robert Garrels.
